TCV – Third Annual General Meeting

The noted meeting was held at the Novotel North York Hotel, 3 Park Home Avenue, North York on October 10, 2007. Approximately 130 members from the five clubs were in attendance.

 The primary aim of these meetings is to provide a venue for the members from all five clubs to meet, socialize and renew old acquaintances. Ample opportunity was available for that purpose both before and after the meeting.

 The secondary purpose is a business meeting to report to the membership, which portion is kept as short as possible.

 An excellent buffet lunch was provided by the hotel, and was enjoyed by all.

 Our guest speaker was Joe Millage.  Joe has developed facilities and programs, for training people with special needs, in several countries including a very unique facility in Moscow.

As a coach he has been part of teams that have made it to provincial or national championships in 11 different sports.

As a master course conductor for coaching programs " Coach Joe" has taught more than 10,000 coaches and sport administrators and more than 3000 athletes of all ages and abilities.

His motto is-----"everyone wins when everyone plays"

 The Fourth Annual Meeting of TCV will be scheduled for early October 2008. Your executive hopes that you will mark your calendars and plan to attend.
