Christmas Party at Kally's on
Sunday, December 05, 2004
Once again, your generosity is going to provide a better
Christmas for those less fortunate than we are. A number of gifts and cash
donations along with a check from the club ($1000) were presented to the
District Director of the Salvation Army, Terry Harney.

In March, 2003 the club executive approved the
donation of $1000 to each of the following charities in our community.
1.
Sunnybrook & Women's College Health Sciences Centre - Cardiac Unit
2. Scarborough General Hospital Foundation
3. Carol Ann Cole - Comfort Hearts - Cancer Society
The above charities have received their donations. The ones to the hospitals
were delayed until the S.A.R.S. situation was under control.
4. Habitat for Humanity - Bell @ 100 Borough Drive
The official presentation was made to the Bell Habitat Committee
team members at the general meeting on May 20.
